As a Certified Energy Auditor by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India, his work has focused on optimising energy efficiency and advancing sustainable systems. He has worked with global organisations such as H&R Johnson India Limited, contributing to the integration of energy-efficient systems at the world's most modern tiles manufacturing plant, and Delta 4 Industries, where he played a key role in developing eco-friendly industrial machinery and advancing energy-efficient manufacturing solutions aligned with global environmental standards.
Dr. Gujarathi's impact spans four continents and more than ten countries. His recent invitation by the prestigious Technical University of Munich (TUM) for the ROW program is a testament to his global influence, where he worked to enhance international research synergies and deliver practical, future-focused solutions to complex challenges.

Mr. Shashikant Dhanshetti, an accomplished Electrical Engineer and Certified Global Career Counsellor (UCLA Extension), brings over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in strategic consulting, marketing, Information Technology, and organisational development.
His diverse professional journey spans defence projects, IT, FMCG distribution, and corporate training — combining technical acumen with sharp business strategy. Known for his expertise in liaising, bid preparation, and strategic execution, Mr. Dhanshetti has successfully collaborated with senior leadership teams to drive growth, innovation, and brand positioning.
